Individual Sessions
Having never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and having heard from many about how confusing it can be to find the right counsellor, Let’s create a personalized plan that you can trust, collaboratively curated by a professional expert with your exact concerns in mind. In our 50-minute one-on-one sessions, you will receive personalized support and tools, empowering you to create the life YOU want.
Focusing on: Trauma, loss, first responders, grief, family history, parenting and discipline strategies, behavioural support, adult & child attachment and relationship, new parent adjustment, stress, Anxiety, depression, chronic illness, cancer and end-of-life support, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem, boundaries, assertiveness, body image, healthy living, adolescents, loneliness, addiction and more.
50-minute session: $150 + GST
80-minute session: $225 + GST

Couples/Family Sessions
Sometimes despite our best efforts, our relationships aren’t where we want them to be. Whether that’s parenting skills: discipline and techniques, attachment, or, marriage or family dynamics, there is a reason you feel the way you do and it is specific to your life. A one-size-fits-all approach will not give the results you long for. In our customized sessions, we learn about each person and treat the relationship as a whole. Your marriage & your family becomes “the client” and a collaboratively curated plan is made in order to address underlying factors and offer psycho-educational tools to give you the power to transform your relationships.
Common Goals: Increase understanding of one another’s wants and needs, increase mutual respect, increased fondness and admiration for one another, healthier communication and conflict resolve, revive the spark in the relationship, overcoming infidelity, heightened happiness and expressions of love, preventing an impending divorce, ending a relationship on amicable terms, co-parenting after separation or divorce and more.

80-minute Session: $290 + GST
